Once we receive your order we will process it within two working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the order has been dispatched we will send you an email notifying you of the shipment along with your shipment tracking details.
We offer FREE FedEx Express shipping for all orders over $ 1,750 USD & FREE EMS shipping for all orders valued between $ 750 USD to $ 1750 USD.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JonesGems is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for all orders within Sri Lanka.
Deliveries are made on all days of the week. We will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am-5 pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Packing
Items purchased will be packed in a small jewellery box and placed inside a box (for EMS) or envelope (for FedEx). Shipping weight includes the weight of the envelope or box and packing material. Although you can put as many items as you want in one package until the weight reaches 500 grams or the next higher step of shipping weight of 1000 grams will apply.
We also provide gift-wrapping service, for a special person or occasion. If you prefer other shipping options or carriers, please let us know and we can arrange it for you. We are flexible about shipping options.
All packaging material we use is the best packaging material for gemstones.
Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Charges:
Any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges that may be collected for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for accurate duty and tax information on international orders.
Insurance
Insurance depends on the cost of the item that you are purchasing. Please note that all orders come with insurance so the shipping cost remains the same and your postage will be fully covered in case of a parcel goes missing during the shipping process.
Shipping time
The actual delivery date may vary and is based on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance time, and other conditions. We may need to contact you to verify a billing or shipping address, or to update your order. If this is the case, we reserve the right to delay your shipment until we make proper contact with you.
